And this psychological movement – this conspiracy – is often what is holding us back from achieving the success we deserve. You’ve likely heard it called by another name – ‘Imposter Syndrome." But what is imposter syndrome? How does it show up? And how can you smack down imposter syndrome so it doesn’t negatively impact your business?
This week, I discuss the cultural phenomenon we call ‘imposter syndrome’ and how falling prey to its clutches can impact your success as a business owner. I share my own, personal experience with imposter syndrome and the strategy and motto I live by to smack it down before it takes hold on my success. I also explain how the movie The Bucket List opened my eyes to how to deal with imposter syndrome when it starts showing up, how it often manifests itself, and how smacking down imposter syndrome can have a postive impact on your business.
